ATS Group began operations in 2014 as a locally owned refrigeration and HVAC company (AMS Refrigeration Services Group Pty Ltd). Located in Brisbane, Queensland, the company was founded and is run by its two working directors, Aaron Griffiths and Taylor Lee. 

With extensive experience in all aspects of supermarket and retail, Aaron specialises in control design, programming, commissioning, and energy optimisation. Taylor brings a strong background in process cooling and cold storage, with expertise in project management, design, installations, and comprehensive servicing. Together, they offer a combined 35 years of industry experience, enabling ATS Group to provide unique services and solutions for complex applications.
